The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Excellent hotel facilities, including a swimming pool, steam and sauna rooms, and a hot pool. Beautiful view from the hotel. Good English spoken by the staff. Nice bar and club lounge. Delicious breakfast choices.

Our stay at Shangri-La was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the utmost warmth and hospitality. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was second to none. The rooms were comfortable and provided breathtaking views of the ocean. We especially loved the Horizon Club, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning scenery while indulging in a delicious breakfast. The hotel's location right on the beach was incredibly convenient, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect vacation experience.

We had a fantastic family vacation at a hotel with easy access to a beautiful sandy beach. We loved riding little pedal vehicles along the wooden boarded walkways extending over 2 km by the seashore. The view from our room was spectacular and the staff was friendly and always ready to help.
We found the communication with some staff members to be somewhat challenging due to the language difference.

We loved the hotel's location in a newly developed area right on the beach with amazing sea views. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities including the gym, swimming pool, steam, and sauna rooms were excellent. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional, making our stay very pleasant.

The hotel offered plenty of fun activities for Christmas, especially for kids. The location was awesome, just walking distance to the beach. , the views from the room were stunning.
The hotel could improve in several aspects. The room was not clean enough, especially the bathroom, which had moldy corners and hairs on the walls.

The hotel has exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation with its heated pool and sauna. the live entertainment was amazing, and massage at the spa centre was a great experience. the restaurant had a fantastic choice of special diet menus that satisfied my needs. The Sun terrace was a good place to relax and soak up the sun with a beautiful garden area. Cons: the coffee/tea in the lobby area was not up to my expectations, although they had a bar lounge area.
